My objective is to continue pursuing the sport I love at the college or university level; while obtaining an education in Criminology, as my end goal is to become a first responder (i.e: police). I am a very sportsmanlike player, I excel in leadership roles, and would be a potent asset on any team.

Other Info:
- I entered the firefighter family at age eleven, first in my family. Over the years I have gained a considerably high level of knowledge and skill within the firefighter/first responder roll, and continue to build onto it. Now, at age sixteen; I am a “full-member,” and actively respond to fire/emergency situations across the South Shore of Nova Scotia – whenever the pager goes off, we roll out the door!
Being exposed to this setting at such a young age has led me to believe my life-career will be in the form of a first responder—-there’s just something about helping people.
Throughout my firefighting journey, I have taken the following courses and received certification:
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHIMIS)
- Forest Fire Advancement, Containment & Extinquishment
- Standard/Intermediate First Aid
- Electric Vehicle Extrication
- Food Handlers
I currently work at a long-term-care home, and love it!
I want to pursue Criminology, and become a member of law enforcement.
