Next Level U Statement

I am interested in an immediate transfer to a 4 year university for Spring 2025 semester.  I have completed 3 semesters at a high level NCAA division 2 championship program and I retain 3 years of NCAA eligibility.  I am looking to complete my bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by a professional soccer career.  I want to also continue my education towards a masters in sports psychology while also pursuing more advanced coaching licenses and experiences. I am looking for a competitive, performance-based playing environment that allows me to continue to push myself and earn playing time on merit.

Positions:

Goalkeeper

Player Style:

Modern build phase sweeper keeper style GK.  I am equally comfortable with the ball on my feet or defending the goal with my hands.  I am left footed but absolutely a two foot comfortable player.  I am a box dominant, physical and commanding catch first shot stopper.  I am very comfortable with being the anchor of the back line to relieve pressure accurately vs a high press and slotted balls. I have dynamic flexibility and pace to manage quick decision-making moments with ease. I have excellent communications skills and a high level of game intelligence and decision making.  Proven success managing a high academic load with travel, training and team events in the community.  I have predominantly played for possession based teams and I excel with the high line and inverted back formation.  I am very good at staying connected with my center backs and use my pace and ability with the ball to relieve pressure effectively and accurately.  I have been a permanent, two season, GK since the age of 8.  I have competed at the highest levels of amateur soccer available and have excelled as a trialist and youth player. I am always the hardest working and keen to learn! Physical fitness (lifting and running) is a passion of mine and I am very physically fit.  My year and a half of travel, training and spot duty playing with a top level NCAA D2 championship squad has been extremely beneficial to my growth as a student athlete.  I have trained with numerous high level GK academies and coaches, former national team and experienced pro keepers, and I have always tried to adapt the best of their coaching into my training and game performances.
