Next Level U Statement

My goals are to play in good university while pursuing my an undergrad degree in Science or the Arts. I am looking to play in a soccer and academic environment that challenges and pushes me to continue to develop as a person and player. I currently play for the U17 Girls Whitecaps OPDL (equiv. to ENCL) team in London, ON, Canada.  I play in the central midfield, particularly as CDM. I currently play at the provincial level, the highest league in our province.  I am a starter and anchor player on my current team. I have also attended an ID camp for the National Development Centre Program (NDC) and am currently attending showcases in Canada and the US. Last year I was selected to be MVP on my high school varsity soccer team.  I am a creative and unique team player who leads by example and hard work. I am a highly respected team-mate and leader with an outstanding work ethic and commitment to the game. I am extremely coachable and eager to learn new techniques and styles of play that can support my performance and goals in soccer.   Overall, I am a tenacious player with a strong sense for positioning and decision making on when to close down on the ball.  I am a heads-up, agile and dynamic team player who very rarely loses the ball.  I am eager to further develop and test myself by learning from experienced coaches and playing with competitive team players.
