Since our inception in 2017, Next Level U Sports has been dedicated to guiding Canadian student athletes through every step of their journey to collegiate sports success. With a passion for providing opportunity and empowering the next generation of athletes, we have helped over 450+ Canadian student athletes commit to schools across Canada and the United States.
Our Story
The roots of Next Level U Sports are rooted in Canada, founded on the idea of providing education, exposure, and expertise to Canadian student athletes and their families to help navigate the intricacies of athletic recruiting. The Next Level U Sports team are all former Canadian collegiate athletes who understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities in pursuing a collegiate sports career. As athletes ourselves, we experienced the hurdles of recruitment and the uncertainties of transitioning from high school sports to college athletics. Inspired by our journeys and motivated to make the path easier for others, NLU was established to create an environment that champions student athletes, supports their growth, and helps them seize opportunities at the next level.

Education: We believe that the more information a student athlete and family has about the recruitment process, the better. Our goal is to equip student athletes and families with the information they need to make informed decisions about their future. This includes understanding the recruiting process, eligibility requirements, and how to stand out as an athlete on and off the field.
Exposure: We know that talent can only go so far without visibility. Our team ensures that each athlete gets the exposure they need to be noticed by college scouts and coaches. Through our coach communication processes, Athlete Profiles, the Find a School Database and more, our team amplifies the reach and recognition of our athletes.
Expertise: With 20+ years of experience within collegiate athletics and recruiting, our staff at NLU are all former collegiate athletes who bring invaluable firsthand knowledge and experience to the table. This expertise drives our tailored approach and allows us to provide insights that truly resonate with the athletes we work with. We know what it takes to succeed at the collegiate level, and we pass that expertise on to each athlete we support.
Our Reach
At NLU, we are proud to work with athletes from 15 different sports, including but not limited to basketball, soccer, football, hockey, track and field, and volleyball. Our athletes can be found competing at every major collegiate league in Canada and the United States, from the NCAA to U SPORTS, NAIA, and more. We take immense pride in knowing that our athletes are making their mark in the world of collegiate sports, representing not just themselves, but the strength, talent, and spirit of Canadian athletics.
