First 2024 tournament

First tournament of the year is complete and i cant say it went the way i would’ve wanted it to. I finished runner up in my division and lost by 2 shots. I felt like my game was there but just wasn’t scoring very well. It was like whenever one thing worked the other wouldn’t on most holes and it was a little frustrating. Throughout the winter i have been working on mental game and i think it paid off because i did a very good job of keeping my emotions in until after the round was over. I had a rough finish to every round shooting a total of +7 on just the last 3 holes alone throughout the tournament. I shot rounds of 79(+7), 78(+6), 76(+4). Certainly not my best work, but there’s still tons more to come this summer and i hope to get better as it goes on. My next tournament is this weekend and i hope to bring some momentum with me coming off my last performance
