2024 AC Nationals – capping off my first indoor season, I was undefeated all winter leading up to the event.
This 60m race broke my own U18 Nova Scotia Provincial Record 7.05 -> 7.04, capturing my first national medal with Bronze.
The day before, I broke the 15 year old U18 200m Provincial Record to 23.32, placing 5th at Canadian Nationals.
