During this time, I got to know Elliot well and saw this young man grow from day one. Every practice & game day, Elliot arrived with a great work ethic and commitment to go the extra mile for the team. He consistently demonstrated leadership qualities that set him apart from his peers. Whether it be during practice, team meetings, or in a game, Elliot always brought a positive attitude and an infectious level of energy to the team.

Having him part of the team, gave the coaching staff and players around him a true picture how a player should conduct themselves on and off the field.

Elliot was awarded the Best Offensive Line Award for the Norsemen; this was due to the hard work and dedication he brought to the team on a daily basis from the first day to the last.

In conclusion, I am confident that Elliot Demaine would be a valuable addition to any football program.
