My name is Emma MacLeod, and I am eager to bring my passion, skill, and dedication to a university/college women’s hockey program that values both athletic and academic excellence. As a committed student-athlete, I take pride in balancing my rigorous academic pursuits with my relentless work ethic on the ice.

Academically, I strive for excellence in science. I am determined to apply my discipline and critical thinking skills to achieve success in the classroom, just as I do in competition. My ability to manage my time effectively and maintain a high standard of performance demonstrates my commitment to personal and athletic growth.

Athletically, I am an adaptable, offensive defenseman who thrives in high-pressure situations. My aggressive approach on the blueline keeps opponents on edge, while my strong hockey IQ allows me to anticipate plays and create scoring chances for my team. I am a loyal and dedicated teammate who understands the importance of leadership, teamwork, and perseverance in a competitive environment.

Joining a university/college women’s hockey team is not just about playing the sport I love—it’s about representing my school with pride, developing as an athlete and scholar, and embracing the challenges of collegiate competition.
