Next Level U Statement
My objective is to pursue a university education while continuing to compete in university field hockey. As a competitive athlete with experience playing all positions, I have developed strong defensive awareness, effective positioning, tackling skills, and the ability to read the game, anticipate plays, and make quick decisions under pressure. I also bring strong attacking instincts, 3D skills, accurate long balls and aerials, and the ability to contribute to transitions from defence to attack. I value teamwork, communication, consistency, leadership, and continuous improvement. Academically, I am interested in exploring programs such as Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Sciences, Sports Medicine, Psychology, and other areas related to health and human performance. I hope to find a path that combines my passion for sports with my goal of supporting athletes physically and mentally, while continuing to grow as both a student and an athlete.
