I am an enthusiastic student-athlete interested in playing collegiate level hockey at a 4 year institution while getting a degree in Kinesiology, with the intention of exploring careers in healthcare and education. At the high performance level, I will work to ensure that I continue to grow my game and become a solid team contributor. I am a versatile forward who possesses both speed and aggression and those attributes are complemented with my high hockey IQ and playmaking abilities. Leadership both on and off the ice is one of my biggest assets which is demonstrated by winning club team honours for leadership in two consecutive years and being named team captain on a previous club team as well as High School team captain for the 2023-2024 season. Along with that my dedication and commitment to fitness and to the game itself allow me to be a valuable team member.
I highly value my academics as I maintain a 90%+ average every school year. I enjoy learning new things in school while staying on top of my work as a student – athlete.
The most common remark I hear from coaches is that I am a very “coachable” athlete who values feedback and applies it to my game. Along with that, I maintain a positive attitude, high work ethic, and enjoy creating relationships with my teammates and coaches in order to increase the success of a team.
