I like to play conservatively and smart, by hitting fairways and greens, but I am not afraid to get aggressive when the opportunity presents itself. I enjoy making birdies while staying away from big numbers.
I am not afraid to go low as some of my scores show, and I never give up when I having a difficult day because I know every shot counts.
Player Strengths:
- Ball Striking – my focus is on hitting fairways and greens
- Wedge Play – from 125 yards and in I feel very confident
- Short Game – I love the challenge of getting up and down to save par or bogey, or even make birdie
- Grinding / Bounce Back Ability – I never give up and love fighting until the end
- Driving Accuracy – I rarely miss wide off the tee and focus on always giving myself a second shot
- Coachable – always willing to listen and learn
Leadership:
I have been Captain of my Horton High School golf team the past two years, leading my team to the Regional Championship title in both years. I was also the Individual Regional Champion in each of the past two years.
I have been a Captain or Assistant Captain on my hockey teams on a few different occasions. I have always enjoyed being a leader who led by example through hard work and dedication.
