I excel in leadership, communication and open minded learning skills when it comes to coaching or in the class room with teachers/parents. I take a leadership role when it comes to lifting the team or teammates up and always giving a helping hand but never over stepping. I am able to communicate my thinking and understanding of a coaching aspect and put it towards my training and development as a student athlete.
