Next Level U Statement

I am interested in playing softball at college or university while obtaining a degree in Health Sciences or Sports Management and Leadership.  My career path is to become a teacher or coach at a high level. I am a right handed pitcher, I throw a rise, curve, change, and a drop. When I am on the mound I am focussed and determined.  There is no better feeling than going one on one with a batter.  One of my biggest assets as a softball player is that I am a utility player. You can put me in any position and I will give you 110%. I am not afraid to get dirty diving or using my body to prevent extra bases.  I have a quick glove and strong overhand throw.  I have spent time playing SS, 3rd, 2nd, RF, LF and CF.   As a batter, I hit for average and through training I am working on strategic ball placement to execute during situational plays. I can bunt on command. I am a coachable player that continuously focuses on improving myself and learning more about the game. I currently play on the Huron Perth Nationals Tier 1 and put in additional work with my professional coach at Between The Lines Sports Campus. Outside of softball I play competitive club ice hockey and field hockey. At school athletics I am considered a leader on the varsity softball, field hockey and ice hockey teams.  I am an active member of the South Huron District High School Athletic Council.  I have undergone a series of tests specific to soft ball for blaze pod simple and complex reactions, neurotracker and right eye assessments at See The Game Neurosport Training and scored top overall in our association. Academically I have been on Honor Roll for the past two years and have put a strong focus on business, math and science.
