Next Level U Statement
I’m hoping to further my abilities in the sport of basketball to the next level while also receiving a good education. I am a well-rounded, versatile player; who despite my height, is physically strong and can battle down low. This allows me to default to a power forward on my school team. However, I typically slide into the shooting guard or small forward roles on my club teams. I am a strong defender with a mindset revolving the fact that “no one gets past me” despite the situation. I have strong abilities to read the court, often dishing out a handful of assists, while also putting up a bunch of steals on the board. I’m a shooter from beyond the arc and have put in a lot of work to perfect both my range and form when shooting from outside. I am not afraid to hit the floor for the ball or take a charge against a big.
