Next Level U Statement

My name is London Prashad and I am a left fielder/ 2nd baseman for the Hamilton Cardinals 15u AAA Elite team. I pride myself in pushing to get better everyday physically and mentally as a student and ballplayer who has passion and love for the game. I am a disciplined, encouraging, and hungry leader on and off the diamond towards my teammates, classmates, coaches, and teachers. My love for the game rubbed off on me from my dad as he played ball at Brock University in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada. Ive grown up around the game playing tee ball and little league for the Ancaster Diamondbacks before making the switch to the Hamilton Cardinals. In class, my peers would say I am an overachiever and hardworker when it comes to a task I need to complete. My skills for tunnelling in and focusing on a challenge ahead is what allows me to have the drive to play ball at the next level. I use this skill during games and practices when I need to gear down and get the job done. Im proud of where I have come so far but I won’t settle until I reach my highest potential which is why I stand out compared to others. I am a relentless player who wants to win and will work however hard it takes to do that.
