Next Level U Statement
My name is Reese Halliday , and would like to provide an update on my hockey journey and academic aspirations. I’m a 2026 graduate and looking to further my academic and hockey careers at the next level.
I am excited to announce that I will be playing for the NORTH YORK STORM U22AA team during the 2025/26 season, with plans to begin university in September 2026.
My past 2 seasons:
- 2024/25 Season: Assistant Captain for the U18AA Ancaster Avalanche
- 2023/24 Season: Assistant Captain for the U18AA Ancaster Avalanche
Throughout my hockey career, I have primarily played as a centre, a position where I feel very confident and effective. However, knowing the importance of versatility, I have also embraced playing left wing this past season, a role that leverages my speed, scoring ability and adaptability.
