Next Level U Statement

Objective it to find a university that can support my academic goals of completing a 4 year degree in Business while pursuing my goal of playing soccer at the university level.  Determined to make a positive impact on the university team while understanding the importance of maintaining a balance between academics and athletics and being confident in my ability to manage both effectively. Would be an asset to any team, with leadership experience as the current captain of BCSPL  team and player for the BC Provincial team.  Technical player who can  play in both #10 or #8 positions with excellent vision and awareness on the field to read the game, anticipate movements, and identify passing opportunities.  Excellent close ball control and dribbling skills to navigate through tight spaces, beat opponents, and retain possession under pressure. Capable of executing both short, quick passes to maintain possession and long, accurate passes to launch counter-attacks or unlock the defence with a through ball. Can score goals or provide assists from outside the box or within the penalty area. Able to change direction quickly and maintain control allowing me to create opportunities for myself and my team mates.
