I am interested in competing track and field at a 4 year institution while obtaining a bachelors degree in psychology to further specialize in sports psychology. I have excellent leadership skills, as well as great experience in track and field. I believe I am someone who not only looks out for my best interest, but others as well. I am very supportive, goal driven, and am able to adapt to any conditions. I value mental strength as well as physical, and will always strive to be the best version of myself.

I have had the honour of competing with both a team and individually in many sports. Throughout my experiences I have learned how to be a team player, but also perform well on my own. I believe myself to be a very hard worker, and someone who has lots of drive and determination. I always give my full 110% in order to achieve my goals. I also like to live a very healthy lifestyle to ensure my body is always at its full potential. I value my coaches and their input on my training and success.

My love for sports started when I was only 3 years old, and it continues to grow everyday and every game that I play. I have always valued sports and will continue to as they mean a great deal to me. I think it is not only important to celebrate your wins, but others as well. Sports are something very special because they help build core relationships, create unforgettable memories, and teach you important life lessons to cary with you.
