Next Level U Sports recently hosted an incredible Women’s Hockey Combine that brought together 65 talented players from U18AA and U22 Junior programs across Ontario. The combine featured a high level of competition and energy, with athletes showcasing their skills in front of college coaches from U SPORTS, NCAA, and ACHA programs. Coaches were not only in the building — many were on the ice and actively engaged, offering direct instruction, running drills, and evaluating players up close.
From structured skill sessions to competitive scrimmages, the athletes had two full days to demonstrate their speed, hockey IQ, compete level, and coachability. Beyond performance, the event also allowed for valuable networking, giving players a unique chance to interact with recruiters and get a better understanding of the college hockey landscape.
We’re incredibly proud of all 65 athletes who took part, and we’re excited to continue supporting them on their recruiting journeys. A big thank you goes out to the coaches who made the trip to scout and support the next generation of players, and to all the families and club programs helping to grow the game.
