I am truly humbled and honored that Next Level U Sports has been recognized as Canada’s top recruiting company. This milestone is not just a reflection of our work, but of the incredible people who have been part of this journey from day one.

First, I want to thank my amazing executive team, Ethan Andrew and Cedric MacNay, for their dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to our vision. Secondly, I want to thank all of the NLU support teams that work behind the scenes every day to ensure everything runs smoothly. To my wife, Monica, thank you for believing in me and in the dream I had. You encouraged me to take the leap, leave my full-time job, and pursue something bigger than myself. To our partners, friends, and family—your support, guidance, and encouragement have been invaluable.

Next Level U Sports started from a small idea—a dream sparked by my own collegiate experience. I had the most amazing opportunities as a student-athlete, and I wanted to create a platform where every aspiring athlete could have that same chance to succeed, grow, and shine.

Every year, we make thoughtful investments into our platform to ensure it remains the go-to place for student-athletes to showcase their talents and access the resources they need to reach the next level. We work with athletes in 18 different sports and host combine events that attract hundreds of Canadian student-athletes, giving them the exposure and tools to connect with schools and programs that match their potential.

We’ve been privileged to help place student-athletes at some of the best schools in Canada, the U.S., and now internationally, including the U.K. and Europe. Every success story motivates us to keep pushing the limits of what’s possible.

I keep saying this—and I truly mean it—we aren’t done yet. This is just the beginning. We’re excited for what’s next and can’t wait to continue helping athletes reach the next level.
