The year 2022 brought us many new and exciting successes in the world of athletic recruiting. With the global pandemic slowly fading out and the world of sport returning to its original form, our Next Level U Sports team had an amazing year highlighted by a number of great stories and events.
With sport returning to some level or normality, our Next Level U Sports team was able to get back in live action across the country. Our team was able to attend a number of fantastic events including the 2022 Canada Summer Games, Field Hockey Ontario’s May Meltdown, as well as a number of UTM Softball Tournaments! We look forward to seeing more student athletes in action this coming year.
Next Level U Sports was excited to welcome a number of different partners to the NLU family this year. Next Level U Sports worked alongside some of the most successful and recognizable names in amateur sport in the country including Maple Leaf Junior Tour, D1 Nationals Softball, Midwestern Ontario Bearcats Baseball, Guelph Jr. Gryphons Volleyball, and FC Berlin. These partnerships allowed our team to connect with hundreds of student athletes and their families to provide them with recruiting information to help them with their recruiting journey. Our team help orchestrate and run a number of events for our partners including a partnered combine with the BearCats, numerous recruiting seminars, and more! We look forward to continuing our partnerships moving forward while welcoming new partners to our family.
As the athletic recruiting landscape continues to grow, so does our NLU platform. This year we launched our new “Find a School” platform for our users. This state-of-the-art technology allows all of our users to be able to find information such as coach emails, enrolment, geographic locations, for all schools and all varsity sports in both Canada and the United States. We are very excited to continue to add to our platform and make the user experience more and more advanced yet simple for all our student athletes and families.
2022 saw our Next Level U Sports student athletes have some outstanding success on the playing surface and in the classroom. We are very excited that 90+ student athletes committed to the school of their dreams in 2022. We want to congratulate all of those student athletes and we are excited to follow their journeys in 2023! Our Next Level U Sports family continues to grow each and every day as we are now at over 675+ users on our platform. In this past year we have helped educate over 250 student-athletes and their families about their recruiting process.
As we approach 2023, our Next Level U Sports team is excited to continue to work alongside our outstanding student athletes and their families as well as welcome new athletes, partners, and sponsors to our family. We have some exciting news coming up this year and we cannot wait to share it with you all! Have a great holiday season from our family to yours!
